This Agreement is a legal contract between You and Klevr, governing Your use of the Service provided by Klevr.
Interpretation and Definitions
For the purpose of clarity and consistency, certain terms and definitions are used throughout this Policy. The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. Definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Policy
At Klevr, we take the safety and privacy of our Users very seriously. Therefore, we require that all Users be 13 years of age or older to use our Service. This policy is in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and is designed to protect young Users from potentially harmful online content and activities.
If We become aware that a User is under the age of 13, We will take immediate steps to remove their Account and all associated personal information from Our system. In addition, we will take measures to prevent that user from accessing our Service in the future.
We strongly encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's online activities, including the use of our Service if they are 13 or older.
We reserve the right to update our Age Guidelines Policy at any time and will notify our Users of any material changes. By using our Service, Users agree to abide by our Age Guidelines and all other Terms and Conditions of use.
