Purchasing Products

• What can I purchase in the Klevr Marketplace?

  Our Klevr Coaches offer Video Reviews, Drill Packs, and Shoutouts.

  Video Reviews: Send one of our Klevr Coaches a video clip and receive instant feedback & analysis to improve your skills

  Drill Packs: Improve your practice plans or individual skills by purchasing video asset directly from our Klevr Coaches

  Shoutouts: Get a pre-game speech, congratulatory message and more from our celebrity Klevr Coaches

• How to purchase a Product in the Klevr Marketplace?

  1. To purchase a product, you can search for specific Coaches using the search bar in our Marketplace or filter by sport.

  2. When you tap on a Coach’s profile, you will be able to see their Products.

  3. Tap on the Product you’d like to purchase for a description of what to expect from the Coach.

  4. If you are ready to proceed, tap Next in the top right corner of your screen

• How do I purchase a Video Review?

  1. If you are purchasing a Video Review, you will be prompted to select a video clip from your uploaded clips. You will not be able to upload one from your camera roll so please ensure that you’ve already uploaded it to your clips prior to purchasing a Video Review.

  2. Then you can include your instructions (ex. My son is working on his basketball game IQ, can you include some pointers on how he could’ve prevented this possession change from happening?)

  3. Once you’ve uploaded your video and instructions, tap the price in the top right corner to purchase the Video Review through Apple Pay.

• How do I purchase a Drill Pack?

  1. If you are purchasing a Drill Pack, you will be able to see an overview of the videos included prior to purchasing.

  2. When you’re ready to proceed, tap the price in the top right corner of your screen to purchase through Apple Pay.

  3. You will get access to the Drill Pack immediately after your purchase is processed.

• How do I purchase a Shoutout?

  1. If you are purchasing a Shoutout, you will be asked to include instructions on what the shoutout is regarding (i.e. a birthday, championship win, pre-game pump up etc).

  2. Once you’ve entered your instructions, tap the price in the top right corner to purchase the Shoutout through Apple Pay.

Billing

• I’m not happy with what a Coach sent, can I get a refund?

  Klevr does not provide a refund for Marketplace purchases, unless the content you receive breaches the EOLA, or the video you received is of poor quality, or in error. Your refund will not be granted if it is based upon the satisfaction of the quality of coaching.

  A Klevr team member will review your complaint, and provide a decision. Any dispute must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product, or else your dispute may not be reviewed.

• I don’t have Apple Pay, how do I make a purchase in the Marketplace?

  Klevr currently requires the use of Apple Pay for all Marketplace purchases. If you are having trouble setting up Apple Pay, please review these steps from Apple.
